AlpharvestProRefund Policy
All paid subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial during which you may cancel at any time at no charge. Once the trial ends and a first payment is processed, our default policy is that subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
This general policy is subject to the statutory consumer-protection rights described below, which apply where mandatory by law and are not affected by this Agreement.
European Union / United Kingdom
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Art. 9(1)(b)), running from the date your contract is concluded. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, equivalent rights arise under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs, reg. 36–37), which apply to this distance contract concluded online.
By accessing the paid service after your trial ends and your first payment is processed, you expressly request that performance begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you may thereby lose your right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of the Directive (or reg. 37 of the UK CCRs). If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal before performance begins — that is, before you first access the paid service — please contact support@alpharvestpro.com within 14 days of your first paid charge.
Japan
This service is provided as a distance-contract service (通信販売) under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). The right of cancellation (クーリングオフ) under that Act does not as a rule apply to mail-order / online services, but your statutory rights under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) are not affected by any provision of this Agreement. In particular, no clause of this Agreement shall operate to unilaterally deprive you of a remedy that you would otherwise have under applicable law (消費者契約法 Art. 10).
Note: Because Lemon Squeezy, Inc. acts as merchant of record for transactions involving Japanese consumers, Lemon Squeezy's own specific commercial transactions disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記) also applies and is available via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Taiwan
Pursuant to Article 19-1 of the Consumer Protection Act and Item 7 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Distance Transactions (通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則第7款), this service constitutes online digital content / a service that is provided only after the consumer's express prior consent. Accordingly, once the consumer completes their first payment and begins using the service, the 7-day rescission right under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
Hong Kong
For consumers resident in Hong Kong, your rights under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and applicable consumer protection guidance are preserved. If you believe a charge was made in error or contrary to the description of the service, please contact support@alpharvestpro.com within 30 days.
United States
Subscriptions are subject to applicable state automatic-renewal disclosure laws, including the California Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17602) and the New York Automatic Renewal Law (General Business Law §527-a). Subscribers may cancel at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks
Your right to dispute a charge with your card-issuing bank under applicable payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others) is preserved at all times. We will respond to any dispute through Lemon Squeezy's merchant-of-record dispute process and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email support@alpharvestpro.com or use the self-service cancellation link in your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (accessible via the confirmation email you received at signup). Refunds, where granted at our discretion or required by law, are processed by Lemon Squeezy in your original currency and payment method.
Cancellation details
- You retain access to your subscribed reports until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions that are canceled are not prorated.
返金ポリシー
有料サブスクリプションはいずれも7日間の無料トライアル期間から始まり、この期間中はいつでも費用なしでキャンセルできます。トライアル終了後に初回決済が完了した場合、当社の原則として、当該請求期間の残余分について返金は行いません。キャンセルを行うと以後の自動更新は停止され、すでに支払い済みの期間終了日までサービスを引き続きご利用いただけます。
この原則は、以下に記載する各国の強行法規による消費者保護上の権利に優先するものではなく、強制適用法が定める権利は本契約の影響を受けません。
欧州連合・英国
欧州連合（EU）居住の消費者の方は、EU消費者権利指令（2011/83/EU 第9条第1項(b)）に基づき、契約締結日から14日間の撤回権を有する場合があります。英国居住の消費者の方には、オンラインで締結された本距離販売契約に対して、消費者契約（情報提供、キャンセルおよび追加料金）規則2013（CCRs 第36・37条）が適用されます。
トライアル終了後に初回決済が完了し、有料サービスへのアクセスを開始された時点で、お客様はサービスの即時提供開始を明示的に要求されたものとみなされ、これにより指令第16条(m)（または英国 CCRs 第37条）に基づく撤回権を失う場合があります。サービスの利用開始（初回有料アクセス）前に撤回権を行使される場合は、初回請求日から14日以内に support@alpharvestpro.com までご連絡ください。
日本
本サービスは特定商取引法上の通信販売による役務提供に該当します。通信販売には同法に定めるクーリングオフ制度は原則として適用されません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の適用法令に基づくお客様の法定権利は、本契約のいかなる条項によっても侵害されません。とくに、お客様が本来有する法定の権利・救済手段を一方的に排除・制限する条項は、消費者契約法第10条に基づき無効となる場合があります。
なお、日本居住のお客様に対する取引については、レモンスクイーズ（Lemon Squeezy, Inc.）が販売者として特定商取引法に基づく表記を提供しており、同社のカスタマーポータルよりご確認いただけます。
台湾
消費者保護法第19条之1および「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第7款に基づき、本サービスは消費者の事前同意のもとで提供されるオンラインデジタルコンテンツ・サービスに該当します。そのため、消費者が初回決済を完了しサービスの利用を開始した後は、消費者保護法第19条第1項に定める7日間の解除権は適用されません。
香港
香港居住のお客様の場合、香港商品説明条例（Cap.362）および適用される消費者保護関連法令上の権利は保全されます。請求に誤りがある、またはサービスの説明と異なると思われる場合は、30日以内に support@alpharvestpro.com までご連絡ください。
米国
米国の各州の自動更新開示法（カリフォルニア州事業職業法§17602、ニューヨーク州一般事業法§527-a等）が適用される場合があります。お客様はいつでもレモンスクイーズのカスタマーポータルからキャンセルでき、キャンセルは現在の請求期間終了時に有効となります。
チャージバックについて
Visa・Mastercard・American Express等の決済ネットワークの規則に基づきカード発行銀行に対して請求を申告する権利は、いかなる場合も保全されます。紛争が生じた場合、当社はレモンスクイーズの販売者代行（Merchant of Record）紛争処理プロセスを通じて対応し、調査に全面的に協力します。
返金・キャンセルのお手続き
support@alpharvestpro.com へご連絡いただくか、ご登録時に送付された確認メール内のリンクからレモンスクイーズのカスタマーポータルにアクセスしてください。返金は、当社の裁量により承認された場合または法令により義務付けられる場合に、レモンスクイーズが元の通貨および決済手段で処理します。
キャンセルの詳細
- 現在の請求期間の終了まで購読済みレポートへのアクセスが維持されます。
- 現在の期間終了後、追加の課金は行われません。
- キャンセルにより現在の請求期間の返金は行われません。
- 年間サブスクリプションのキャンセルは日割り計算されません。
退款政策
所有付費訂閱均自7天免費試用期開始。試用期間，您可隨時取消，無需支付任何費用。試用期結束並完成首次扣款後，本平台之原則為：當期計費週期之剩餘時間不予退款。取消訂閱將停止後續自動續費；您可繼續使用服務至已付費期間結束日。
上述原則不得牴觸以下各地區強制性消費者保護法令所賦予之法定權利；凡強行法律所規範之權利，不因本合約任何條款而受影響。
歐盟 / 英國
如您為歐盟居民，依歐盟《消費者權益指令》（2011/83/EU 第9條第1項(b)），自合約締結日起14日內您可能享有撤回權。如您為英國居民，則依適用於本線上距離交易合約之《2013年消費者合約規則》（CCRs 第36至37條），享有同等權利。
試用期結束後，當您完成首次付款並開始使用付費服務，即視為明示同意立即提供服務，且您可能依指令第16條(m)（或英國CCRs第37條）喪失撤回權。如您希望在開始使用付費服務前行使撤回權，請於首次付款後14日內聯絡 support@alpharvestpro.com。
日本
本服務依日本《特定商業交易法》屬通信販售之役務提供。通信販售原則上不適用該法所定之契約解除（クーリングオフ）制度。惟您依《消費者契約法》及其他適用法令所享有之法定權利不受本合約任何條款影響。特別是，任何片面排除或限制您原本依法享有之救濟手段之條款，依《消費者契約法》第10條可能被認定無效。
此外，就日本居民之交易，Lemon Squeezy, Inc. 以銷售者身分提供依《特定商業交易法》要求之表記事項，可透過其客服入口網站查閱。
台灣
依消費者保護法第19條之1暨「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第7款，本服務屬經消費者事先同意後始提供之線上數位內容及服務。故消費者於完成首次付款並開始使用後，不適用消費者保護法第19條第1項所定之7日解除權。
香港
香港消費者之權利依《商品說明條例》（第362章）第13E條及第13F條及適用之消費者保護相關規範獲得保障。如您認為收費有誤，或服務內容與說明不符，請於30日內聯絡 support@alpharvestpro.com。
美國
訂閱服務受美國各州自動續費資訊揭露法規之規範，包括加州《商業及職業法》第17602條及紐約州《一般商業法》第527-a條。您可隨時透過Lemon Squeezy客服入口網站取消訂閱；取消將於當期計費週期結束時生效。
拒付款項（Chargeback）
您依Visa、Mastercard、American Express等支付網絡規則向發卡銀行提出款項爭議之權利在任何情況下均獲保障。如發生爭議，本平台將透過Lemon Squeezy之銷售商代理（Merchant of Record）爭議處理程序進行回應，並全力配合相關調查。
退款及取消申請方式
請發送電郵至 support@alpharvestpro.com，或透過訂閱確認郵件中的連結進入Lemon Squeezy客服入口網站辦理。退款如經本平台裁量批准或依法令須予退還，將由Lemon Squeezy以原幣別及原付款方式處理。
取消訂閱詳情
- 在當前計費週期結束前，您仍可存取已訂閱的報告。
- 當期結束後不會再收取任何費用。
- 取消不會退還當前計費週期的費用。
- 年度訂閱取消後不按比例退款。
