Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to your selected market reports. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After the 14-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@alpharvestpro.vip with your registered email address and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or via the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to your subscribed reports until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
• Annual subscriptions that are canceled are not prorated; access continues until the end of the annual term.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund disbursements. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
